Julie Irving, an administrative assistant at Idaho National Laboratory (INL) in Idaho Falls, Idaho, received American Management Association's (AMA) 2009 Innovation Award for Administrative Professionals. Ms. Irving was on hand at the 17th Annual Administrative Professionals Conference in Orlando, Florida, to receive a plaque recognizing her innovative contributions to her company and to the larger community. She also received a free trip to the conference compliments of AMA.
Charles R. Craig Elected Chair of American Management Association Board of Trustees

American Management Association (AMA) is pleased to announce that Charles R. Craig, senior vice president, Science and Technology, Administration and Operations, of Corning Incorporated, was elected chair of the AMA Board of Trustees during the 86th Annual Meeting of Members. Mr. Craig succeeds Teresa E. McCaslin, executive vice president of Human Resources and Information Systems of Continental Grain Company, who had served as chair since 2004.
