Ron Ashkenas is a managing partner in Robert H. Schaffer & Associates—a Stamford, CT, consulting firm that has pioneered development of execution capability. Ashkenas is the coauthor of several books, including The GE Work-Out, The Boundaryless Organization and Rapid Results as well as articles in the Harvard Business Review such as "Why Good Projects Fail Anyway."
Robert Neiman is partner emeritus in Robert H. Schaffer & Associates. He has worked with numerous leading financial institutions, process industries, manufacturing companies and public utilities to produce major gains in performance and capability. He is the author of numerous articles on management and change as well as the book Execution Plain and Simple, upon which this Web meeting is based.
