Motivating your staff can be easier than you think!
Are you ready for the imminent hiring crunch? Is your organization good at holding on to key talent? Are your employees truly engaged in their work?
For answers and solutions, here's a Webcast you’ll want to attend!
Most managers think their employees are only motivated by money even though employees report other items as being more significant such as: involvement and support; personal and public recognition; autonomy and authority; learning and development opportunities and so forth.
In fact, the Number One reason why employees leave their jobs today is that they don't receive praise or recognition for the work they're doing well right now.
Every organization needs to tap into the potential of each of its employees in order to succeed.
Doing so will help not only to minimize turnover, and positively impact the bottom line, but to focus and engage your workforce and help your organization move closer to being an "employer of choice."
What You Will Learn:
Having a work culture that integrates praise and recognition is becoming a competitive advantage for many successful organizations.
During this Webcast, Dr. Bob Nelson, "The Guru of Thank You" and best-selling author will share his insights and original research:
- What motivates workers and how you can enhance the investment made in your staff to produce better results for the organization—and the employees themselves.
- How to avoid or overcome the primary challenges that arise with formal recognition programs.
- Details on low-cost, innovative recognition and rewards that have successfully worked in companies across the country.
- How to sustain and amplify your change efforts to build on success in a way that creates an ongoing learning organization.
