How We Select Faculty?

We welcome all expressions of interest from individuals who wish to join our faculty. We request that all such expressions be submitted through our Website. In addition, we frequently consult and receive referrals from professional organizations, trade associations, conferences, university alumni groups and speaker showcases.

Our current U.S. faculty base consists of 520 independent contractors. We regularly assess our faculty needs based upon customer and client needs. The selection criteria applied to all potential candidates includes the following: subject matter expertise, industry/organization experience, presentation/platform skills, professionalism, consulting skills, curriculum design skills, enthusiasm, team skills and the ability to link theory to practical application. AMA has maintained a key competitive advantage by bringing practitioners to our customers—bringing actual workplace experience into the classroom.
