Ordering Process
- Identify and quantify requirements and develop a Statement of Work (SOW).
- Review Price List from schedule vendors and develop independent cost estimate (price lists available on-line at www.GSAAdvantage.gov).
- Prepare SOW and send Request for Proposals to at least three contractors.
- Contractor reviews SOW and submits proposal and price quote.
- Make selection based on best value, considering price, past performance, special features in product/service and technical qualifications.
