In addition to covering the half-day workshop content, employees will view an eye-opening video that shows clear links to growth, innovation and diversity. They’ll use it to build a diversity vision as well as an immediate and long-term action plan.

Managers learn the definition of and business case for diversity, take the revealing Discovering Diversity Profile ® that provides results in four key areas, and conclude with action plans. In addition, their plans will include actions that focus on organizational issues.
One-day Diversity Workshop for Managers
In addition to covering the half-day workshop content, managers will view an eye-opening video that shows clear links to growth, innovation and diversity. They’ll use it to build a diversity vision as well as an immediate and long-term action plan. Managers will focus on their role in supporting the vision they've created.
