Why AMA

AMA's has always been all about managers teaching managers. Daily, in our classrooms across the country, we see that business people learn best from other business people. Mentoring is an extension of our learning philosophy. You may find "how to" mentoring programs for mentors and mentoring clients, but never before has there been a holistic approach that targets everyone from decision makers on down to the supervisory level.
